4.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. lodigame reserves the right to return funds to the source and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

10.3 lodigame does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. lodigame makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lodigame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, lodigame reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, lodigame may forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
12.3 You may close your lodigame account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.4 lodigame reserves the right to close inactive accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months, following reasonable notice to the player's registered contact details.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
14.1 lodigame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lodigame will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the lodigame platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
